Label Management

•  Negotiate deals & set-up contracts with artists, label partners, distribution, etc.

• Communication (liaising, consulting and securing deals) with artists, accountants, lawyers, booking agents, distributors, manufacturers, publicists and all relevant label partners

• Schedule releases and releases announcements

• Strategize PR & Marketing & Social Media & communication with publicists & Social Media Managers

• Handling of all manufacturing

Label Administration

•  Distribution (digital & physical) – communication, statements, sales reports, accounting

• Licensing (compilation requests & sync)

• Neighbouring Rights administration

• Royalty / Artist statements

• Exploitation of back catalogue

 Publishing Management

•  Negotiate deals, contracting and administration of sync requests

• Registration of new catalogue / music

• Communicate with / pitch catalogue to publishing administrators and / or sub publishers, music supervisors
